Bringing joy to others, being a beacon of light in someone’s darkness, the ability to personalize cards, and the happiness and relief of not being alone I feel when I receive a card.

ME/CFS, cPTSD, some symptoms of borderline resulting from trauma, Anxiety, sleep apnea, long Covid, asthma, vocal cord disorder, scoliosis.

Fun facts about you

I’m a very intelligent airhead, constantly learning, curious, chasing meaning. But I don’t know left from right or north from south. I collect turtles of every shape, form, and color…a movement brought on by my husband to remind me to slow down. My pets are a whole sitcom, I even wrote and published a book about one of them. My husband is my home and my safe space and I’m pretty sure he’s from another planet because he’s just too amazing. I have an art room filled with pieces of love in the form of stuffies, gnomes, Nightmare Before Christmas collectibles, and all the art or special items my kids have given me over the years. Finally, I am a trauma-informed life coach, a legal assistant, and I’ve published three books.
