When did you join the card swap? A LONG time ago.

What do you love most about the card swap?

I adore making new friends all over the globe. I have 6 current penpals from the card swap, which makes the days go faster. Receiving a letter in the mail just makes the days go faster, especially when you're homebound. To be able to share about what it's really like to live with disabilities, without diving into self-pity, is an amazing thing.

Primary Diagnoses

Fun facts about you

I have 5 parrots who keep me company all day, chittering and squawking. A great deal of fun and a great deal of mess sometimes. One of them, Pippin, likes to dunk everything in my drink - or on the floor.

I love reading (mainly fantasy and romance but open to most genres!), gaming (I love RPGs like Guild Wars 2, World of Warcraft, The Witcher, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts and Hollow Knight), Ghibli, and Lord of the Rings.

Autumn and Winter are my favourite times of the year; mainly because I love to be cosy, but also I love the foods, scents and colours that are associated with them.
