Primary Diagnoses

I'm an Autoimmune smorgasbord. I live with Raynaud's, Sjogren's, Gastroparesis, Erythromelalgia, Asthma, Fibromyalgia, & several other chronic conditions.

Fun facts about you

1. I love animals & have a "zoo" of 2 cats, 1 kitten, 2 baby rats, 2 baby parakeets, 5 full grown parakeets, a cockatiel, & my "rainbow chicken" conure Jade. Jade is my helper. She travels with me & helps with my pain management. It was love at first sight for both of us. We bonded immediately & have been together ever since. Each night we have our own routine before bed where I rock her to sleep. If it gets late or I'm busy, she will fly down to my shoulder to tell me it's time for bed. She helps me keep going when I'm really struggling & hurting. I wish every warrior could have this kind of support if they wanted it. It's made a huge difference for me!

2) I have been an artist all my life. I've had to change my approach to making art because of my illnesses, but I have found ways to keep being creative. I love to do art therapy & to create things for my loved ones.
